Eva took great care of us and she has good english. So that helped. She would have scored 10 out of 10. The staff around the hotel is great as well, such as the coincierge and the F&B team. We stayed in the apartment which is rather old and not well maintained. Certain things were not working ideally, like the showerhead, socket, TV controller, wifi.

We had a big group of 7 people so we stayed at a 3 bedroom apartment with oceanview at Pullman Oceanview Sanya. The view from the apartment is amazing and you can watch sunset and sunrise from all the room balconies. You can even soak in the bath tub and enjoy the breathtaking sea view if you wish too. The service crew was great. The mattresses were old and due for change when we were there so we fedback to the hotel manager. The duty manager responded right away to change out the mattresses to
