Atlantis Sanya is an impressive resort that manages to feel smooth and well-organized despite being a very large hotel with a huge number of rooms and guests. Everything works remarkably well, from logistics to service, even during busy periods. We stayed in an Imperial Club room and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were handled at the VIP lounge, which made everything smooth and relaxing. We simply handed our cards to our butler, Liza, and her service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. One great advantage was that we still had access to the aquapark and the aquarium until 3:00 pm on departure day, using facial scanning, which was very convenient.
