I loved this hotel. Stayed one night, and it was excellent. The room was nice and the hotel was very quiet. We could sleep well even if it was New years Eve. The staff were very friendly. They packed our breakfast because they knew we would go to the volcano hike the next day very early. That was very sweet and nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view from the rooftop, big clean rooms, kind service. Breakfast included which is a great deal, you can pick almost anything from the menu at the attached restaurant. Loved my stay!

This is a centrally located hotel, near the beautiful church of La Merced. It occupies a historic old house with a fountain, climbing vines and ironwork. They can arrange transportation to Guatemala City and beyond at competitive rates. The cost includes a tasty breakfast. My main complaint was the bed, which was rather saggy and a bit short for these Westerners.
