This is my 3rd stay and as always, the food, service and the location is the best. The hotel itself is so rich with history and artifacts. The location is walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The employees there are so warm and kind. Highly recommend this place!

Unbelievably beautiful hotel and venue. Not great service at the hotel, quite disorganized. They need a new check-in system. Very chaotic. The staff at the wedding venue did a great job, attentive to each table. The setup for the wedding was out of this world with 40 ft sheers hanging from the ceiling, thousands of candles lining every walkway, tucked in every crevice in the rock walls, and illuminating every table. The ambiance was surreal.
