This was our second stay at the Lisboa Plaza. The facility and rooms are very comfortable, but what sets this hotel apart is the service from the staff. We were made to feel like honored guests, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed in every respect. The hotel is within walking distance of the historic center, and there is a fantastic variety of activities and dining nearby. This hotel is at the top of our list of places to stay when we return to Lisbon.

I have absolutely nothing to say negative about this hotel. The moment we arrive , I felt at ease. Our room was ready when we arrived in the morning around 10am ( Check in is 3pm) the room with two twin beds, was incredibly CLEAN , from the wooden floor to the carpet and the bathroom floor. I wasn't afraid of walking barefoot. What I noticed is that they pay attention to DETAILS. Everything we needed was there ( without having to call reception asking for something) two bathrobes, two pair of s
