I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The customer service was truly 10/10! Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. I especially want to thank Jasna at the reception for being so lovely and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make my stay special. When I couldn’t make it to breakfast one morning, she kindly prepared a little breakfast for me, which I really appreciated. Everything about the experience made me feel so welcome and cared for. Stayed here 24/9/25 to 1/10/25 Hotel and staff is absolutely beautiful. Our room 406 was a side harbour view with a small balcony, fantastic view especially at night seeing all the lights on the boats and across the harbour. Room was beautiful with modern furniture, we wanted for nothing. Room was cleaned to perfection every day. Staff on arrival gave us a warm welcome and that contained throughout our stay. Also the staff at the bar outside the gates were fantastic especially the young man. The
