Highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Bansko. You will rarely find such a welcoming and helpful host. They offer transfers to the gondola, nice breakfast, and an overall very cozy and pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.

10/10 – Perfect stay! The hotel was excellent and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even with our late arrival after midnight. He kindly offered free daily rides to the ski gondola after breakfast. The room had a beautiful view and was spacious, warm, and very comfortable, with constant hot water and a large TV. It was a 10 min walk from the main attractions such as the centre, pulse therme and the gondola. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The owner is very willing to assist and responds to any question or help you might need (and even speaks Greek!), Everything shows great care and attention to detail. The hotel is very close to the gondola, and you can reach the center in just a 10-11 minute walk. Highly recommended!
