Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the croydon. The staff was warm and friendly and always had a smile for our 4 year old son. The neighborhood is about 25 blocks north of South Beach and is more relaxed and family friendly. This was great for us. Having a restaurant downstairs that was open 24 hours was great with our son and his varying schedules. No complaints, but a few niggles. Rooms didn’t have tissues, which was unusual and they were only made up upon request. The pool doesn’t get any

Amazing hotel and unforgettable memories! First time in the USA, last September — a childhood dream fulfilled. Staying at this hotel truly felt like a dream: a beautiful place right next to the ocean, a lovely pool, and above all an amazing staff. Every employee was smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring.
