It is a very rare and unique experience of being provided comfort in multiple ways. The location, the room size, the cleanliness, the comfort of food court being located at a walking distance, public transport (bus service) to the nearest rail station....and the list goes on. Initially, I was compelled to choose this hotel as other hotels in the CBD were prohibitively expensive due to AO event. But now, I am loyal customer.

We had the most wonderful stay! The hotel itself is beautifully curated, quiet and well located. All staff we met were incredibly attentive and lovely to talk to. Ella at the front reception was especially wonderful as she helped us check in for the night. Her warmth, professionalism and personable manner set the tone for our stay. We are truly grateful for the love we received during our trip, and look forward to returning again soon!
