My stay at Hilton was fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and luggage carrying men, who was efficient and courteous. The restaurant staff, particularly the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs with a smile. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We also had a great time with the spas particularly Balinese, we had reservations two appointments at the spa for two days stay at the
