Staying here was a wonderful experience for me. At first, I couldn’t find the hotel because the name had changed to Motel1, which was a bit confusing, but I asked around and confirmed that it was the right place. There was a small issue with the door in my room, and when I mentioned it, they immediately gave me a better room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much!

Perfectly located near Copenhagen train station and to the shopping streets. Room was big, fantastic comfortable bed. Big shower, even for two. I would have liked a kettle in the room to cook some tea. The stuff was superb!

The hotel is really practical, located close to the metro and in walking distance of everything in the Centre. The rooms are very nice and the showers excellent. So of course since you are in the centre you get a bit of noise from the street at night, but really nothing major, and everything goes dead quite at midnight. So far the hotel is as you would expect from an hotel of good standing in a major city. BUT, what distinguishes this hotel from others in its class is its staff. The whole staff
