The place is quiet, a few minutes walk from the city center, right near the bus station. The room has AC and a bathroom, a small fridge and enough wardrobe. The included breakfast is good value, fried and scrambled eggs, a large variety of meat, vegetables, milk, tea.

For the price you pay and you get a fulfilling buffet breakfast this is a great deal. The room is basic and I do miss a kettle to make tea, but apart from that..bed was super comfortable, a/c did the job and the shower was powerful and hot. The servers and the receptionist were very polite, informative and helpful. ( They will hold your bag for you after you check out if you want to explore the town for a few more hours ) The location is spot on - literally 500 metres to the old walked town and
