Booked through Jet2, the room we had was adequate but the bed was very uncomfortable! The reception staff arranged for us to have a mattress topper but this didn't alleviate the problem. We had to pay the difference in the rack rate to move, but we have to say the staff were very accommodating. The hotel itself is lovely, a very pleasant oasis amid a very ordinary town! The pool area is delightful. The surrounding restaurants are good!

I was in the hotel for 10 days. The staff was kind and helpful and the room spotless. Breakfast was great and also included local food. The pool with the thermal water, the sauna and the salt room were great experience. The prices were reasonable too. I hope to return soon.
