Staff and accommodations were excellent. The rooftop bar for the sunset is a must. Due to the Napoli Marathon, all the roads within a mile of the hotel were closed when we arrived. We ended up having to take the tube and then walk a mile carrying our luggage. I wish the hotel had offered some help, but maybe there was nothing they could do. When we arrived they were very gracious and even let us check in to our room at 9:45 (regular check in was 15:00). That changed the complexion of our entire

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent, but what made our time there most enjoyable was the kind and professional staff - on all levels. A special thanks to Claudio for letting us check in a bit early - after our almost 24 hour journey to Naples. We know it is not always possible - very much appreciated!!
