Fukuji Onsen This is a simple mountain village hot spring that retains the legend of a fallen warrior of the Heike clan. It is also called the "Tenno Izumi" (Emperor's Spring) because, during the Helan period, Emperor Murakami surreptitiously visited and took a bath here to recuperate. The town is a rustic hot spring town which is full of atmosphere.

The parking lot for climbing Mt. Fukuchi is here. The shop is crammed with idol posters and record jackets from the 70s and 80s, and you could easily spend an hour looking at them and reminiscing about the past. As a result, the trail becomes a part of nostalgic music. It also brings to mind music shows like The Best Ten and magazines like Myojo. While it has nothing to do with climbing or hot springs, it was a rewarding experience to be reminded of my youthful memories before starting my climb.

The facility itself was old, but it was well-maintained and left a good impression. It's open relatively late compared to other areas in the area, so I think it's a great place to relax after an activity. ♨️
