Excellent hotel, prime location on the beach. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is attentive and accommodating. Comfortable bed and very soft pillows, my room had a mini bar refrigerator and a functional refrigerator, two burner stove, plates silverware and cups. Bathroom was maintained and cleaned, the fit and finish was appropriate and predictable for this hotel chain. The pool was extremely warm and very welcoming. The pool staff are on top of it and provide a great level of servic

I go here every year to party in LiV. This time, I stayed in the hotel! We loved our stay here! Our room was exquisite, modern and I adore the marble spacious bathroom. I felt pampered when they put the two towels for my seat under the sun. The employees are attentive. I didn’t see anyone frown, everyone was kind are courteous! Big shout out to our receptionist Nicholaz with a Z ❤️ he started our stay with great vibes and good energy, the rest of the stay kept on that positive amazing vibe!
