Eden Roc is officially my favorite Miami Beach hotel. The rooms and public spaces have a gorgeous, calm, zen feeling, and the staff is experienced, kind, and genuinely welcoming—check-in was smooth and effortless. The food and drinks at the lobby bar and Nobu coffee shop were fabulous. Christopher was the most special Person at the front desk! He was beyond kind and professional..so helpful! Larry,too, was incredibly helpful with our luggage and even guided me to the UPS downstairs. The spa and

Overall my husband (reservation under Landsburg) and I had a great time at Eden Roc. I will start with the positive! Modern rooms, cool lobby, art deco decor, 3 large pools and a great beach layout. The location is perfect and you cannot get any better. Max, the Bellboy was super attentive and helped us with all our Shabbat needs (was fully aware of what needed to be done). He went above and beyond! The spa was incredible and even if you just do the day pass without a treatment it’s worth it. T
