A lovely hotel. All staff were so lovely, they really made it special. Air conditioning wasn't working properly in all rooms, and a few weird things like bright night lights that couldn't be turned off. Aside from that, great! Nice communal areas inside and out, and a nice plunge pool that's baby friendly. And next to the beach!

From the check in the service was very very under the level that you expect. Room very small. Not even a bottle of water in the room or turn down service. 2nd floor and I could literally hear every single word of the people at the pool. The valet literally trew my car keys to my wife(check the cameras) and ran away to the back office. And the only thing I received from the lady at the front desk is “I am sorry” and continued typing on the computer. The customer service is extremely bad from a
