We had our company event on the 8 degrees boat in December 2024. We've take way to long to post this review but as it's better late than never... The service provided to us by the Captain Sidney Kumara, Nuwan, Mahesh and Mushi was on point. They managed every little hiccup so well that everyone on board just had a superb experience. The food was excellent. Overall the team ensured that we had a night to remember.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Lakeside. This hotel feels different compared to everything else we experienced in Sri Lanka — but then again, Colombo itself is quite different from the rest of the country. The hotel is large and has a more old-fashioned style, but the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, with all the facilities you would expect. Everything worked well and felt solid.
