We stayed at Casa Mexica for a couple of months in both 2024 and 2025. Juan is a gem -- very responsive to any requests or needs, and makes a point of doing upgrades annually (such as on-demand hot water for showers, landscaping, etc). The accommodations are basic, but clean and comfortable. We are two single senior women and always felt safe in and around the area. Good wifi. No air conditioning, but fans and airflow kept us cool enough. Weekly housekeeping is included -- a big plus! We cooked

We Loved our visit to Casa Mexica. So close to the beach (even closer than it looks on the map) and all imenities. We took the big bungalow as we were a group of 10 - most of which were kids. 🥰 The kitchen is well stocked to prepare your own meals. Drinking water readily available right beside the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and plentiful. Nice outside space with hammocks and tables. Hot water on demand worked extremely well. The 5 bathrooms came in handy, especially returning from the beach
