I came to use the service and received a free room upgrade on my first stay, which was fantastic—great value for the price. The reception staff took excellent care of me and were the best. Just a note: there are quite a few homeless people around the area, so if you’re traveling alone, it’s best to stay aware and take normal safety precautions.
