Lovely stay and super helpful staff!! Great location, really close to the old town and easy to reach. I was a bit worried about the remote check-in at first, but the support was flawless. They replied to our emails very quickly before we arrived, and the girl who assisted us via the monitor at the entrance was really kind and patient. The place is quiet, the beds are comfy, and it’s great value for money in Takayama. Ideal if you want to be out exploring all day and just need a clean place to c
