I was welcomed in the lobby by Linda. I had an issue with my reservation that I made through the website, and she took great care of me until a solution was found. First of all, I would like to thank her for her kindness, helpfulness, and warm smile. In addition, the location of the hotel was great and the decoration was very stylish and tasteful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who are planning to visit Copenhagen.

Honestly I wasn't sure if this hotel would turn out to be good. It was perfect! Even though I was staying at one of those roof rooms on the 5th floor, it was beautifully decorated, had good light and was very hygge :) They have their own cosmetics (shampoo, cream, lotion etc) and those are all great! The service is great, too. Would come again!

I spend a long weekend in this hotel and I really felt in love with it. Amazing position and stunning foot especially for breakfast with an incredible selection of typical danish delicacies. Camilla in the reception was super cute and gently offering me a place to leave luggage since I arrived before the room availability. My room was located in the penthouse making the stay even more intimate and magical.
