Lucky Bansko left me with a very positive impression. The staff were polite and helpful, and cleanliness was excellent throughout the entire property. The spa areas and the indoor pool facilities were truly outstanding—well maintained and very relaxing. Parking was also convenient and spacious, which made things easier. A big plus was the free EV charging, although it didn’t work on the second day. One downside was that the fondue at the restaurant was average. Still, overall I would definitel

We started off with a hitch - had to wait an hour for the room to be ready. They complimented us more than fairly for the inconvenience. Service was fantastic. Spa was also very good, water was very warm. It was very easy to sleep in the hotel - beds were very convenient. It was very quiet and dark - perfect for rest. Our stay was wonderful and truly reflected a premium level of service. Everything is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail, and you can clearly feel the dedication and care of both the owners and the staff. The hotel is perfect for families with children – calm, safe, and welcoming, where both kids and adults feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and responsive, always ready to help with genuine care and a smile. The small gestures made a big impre

The facilities are very well kept, the indoor pool area was perfect for unwinding, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and welcoming. But what made our stay genuinely special was the exceptional service—especially from Diana, our server. She was e

The hotel is lovely. We visited a bit off-season, so it was not full, but the attention to detail the staff has is absolutely amazing. The rooms are spotless, the staff is friendly and welcoming. We celebrated a birthday in one of the hotel's restaurants. Nadya, one of the restaurant staff, made our evening amazing. She welcomed us, helped us chose, gave proper recommendations, and was friendly, engaging in conversation, and funny. Absolutely amazing customer service. We will most definitely c
