Exceptional stay – truly beyond 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at Amira Boutique Hotel Bansko was absolutely outstanding and truly beyond what a 5-star hotel offers. The hotel features beautiful spaces, a warm and elegant atmosphere, and an overall feeling of luxury combined with comfort. The restaurant deserves special recognition. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with amazing flavors and high-quality dishes. However, what truly made the difference for us were Krasi and Kiro. T

We stayed for four nights at this marvelous hotel. The rooms were delightful, consistently clean, always warm. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, while the breakfast offered was outstanding. The hotel's amenities, including sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool, added to experience. Located 5-10 minutes on foot from the first ski lift, the hotel also provided a convenient van service to transport us there and back. I have no words. Thank you so much. Until next time! :)

we had a pleasant 3 night stay here during off season, in a spacious studio with a kitchenette. it looks like they had a recent facelift, the interior looks brand new. the bath tub in my room however does need some maintenance for the leak. staff was great, welcoming and always helpful especially at the restaurant. we indeed had dinner there every night.

A perfect hotel in great quiet location. The hotel provides shuttle to gondola and back to hotel. The hotel and the rooms are designed with style! The rooms are wonderful, all the commodities are great! The SPA is just perfect! 3 saunas, pool with view to the mountains. Relaxation room with hot tea. And the places is extremely clean! The rooms are being cleaned every day and even twice a day sometimes! But the most important and great about the hotel is the STUFF! Always helpful for any request

The hotel definitely doesn't deserve the 5-star category. There are so many things missing. The bathroom is extremely small, they forgot to load it with shower gel, shampoo, etc. The rooms are spacious at the other hand. There is nice view to the mountains. The SPA area is too small for the capacity of the hotel. There are 2 saunas and a steam bath which are all not big enough to accommodate all of the guests. The lobby and the lobby bar are not good or at least not on the level for 5-star "bout
