Beautiful Hostel. Hangout area really nice, rooms with curtains, own plugs, some of the most comfy mattresses I ever had in a hostel and clean bathrooms. They also give you a towel and staff answers all questions you might have. Dinner was also really good. Nothing at all what is negativ.

The rooms at Alma Hostel were really lovely; we had the double room. There is almost always someone available at the reception, and the location is great. I especially want to highlight the helpfulness. Due to the weather situation, we received extremely supportive advice and were even allowed to ask questions beyond our stay — truly exceptional.

Such a beautiful hostel located in the middle of Colombo! The rooms were clean, spacious and cool (good air-con). I loved the whole aesthetic/vibe of the hostel - loads of places to sit and chill. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay at this hostel again if I found myself back in Colombo. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

Stayed in the female dorm and it was clean and lovely. Down a quiet street and I felt safe walking around (very residential). 10 min walk from local gems (Barefoot Gallery, Ranbath Organic) and a 10-15 min tuk tuk from the big touristy sites. The hostel is new and the male owner is very attentive and warm, full of great recommendations. Would stay here again!
