Absolutely fantastic place. We had an excellent stay here in the heart of Sassi di Matera. The views from the room were to die for. The staff is so so so lovely. Maria Luisa provided everything we needed and explained the essentials via Whatsapp before we even took the train to Matera. The breakfast was superb. Not rich and spoiled for choice, but quality over quantity! The espresso was top notch and the croissant with pistachio filling is a must! It’s a bit difficult to initially find the pl
