The location itself is AMAZING! A former mill, converted into a complex with hotel, indoor and outdoor swiming pools, restaurants, bars, conference rooms and generous common spaces. The personnel was so kind and supporting that make us to feal as the most important guests, ever. Cleaning on the daily bases, with a professional approach. Small but important gestures of courtesy (each day, water still and sparkling, coffee, tea, were refill, free of charge). Large parking facility, included in the

I have been very well welcomed by the staff. All of them were very gentle and helpful. I think the price could be a bit lower. It is 15 min walking from the city center of Matera but the building, the pool are awesome
