Good spot for photos of Skanderberg square. Only 200Lek or 2 euro. The climb can be a tough one but still worth it to take in the view and make some pictures.

Well worth seeing whilst in Skanderbeg Square - it is open from 9 am to 6 pm (but go as early as possible to avoid crowds) and it costs 200 Lek (around £1.70). The view is great as you get an entire view of Skanderbeg Square.
