if you are in Tyrania, precisely in the city center, you will definitely find this unique building, I don't know much about this monument, the last place can be a meeting point, located not far from the Toptani mall, a very strategic area, it's just a shame it's a little less well maintained.

Situated near the centre of Tirana, this is an interesting artwork. It is a nice walk through the park and the monument - and yet more symbolism for peace and friendship. This monument built in 2016 is dedicated to the friendship of the Albanian people with Kuwaiti one.

Although I don't get the idea, it's probably a nice shadow during hot days and it looks good, you can also sit underneath at the edges, so it's good. It's more colourful than most other attractions and it's very close to the center and a shopping mall. Worth the visit.
