Rocks Riverside Park is one of my favourite spots for a family day out! The park is huge and beautifully laid out, with plenty of green space, picnic areas, playgrounds and walking/bike paths along the river. The kids absolutely loved exploring the different play areas — there’s something fun for all ages, plus plenty of shady spots to relax under the trees. We enjoyed a long riverside walk and had a lovely picnic while watching the river go by. There are BBQ facilities and lots of room to sprea

Rocks Riverside Park is a great place to visit year-round. It has a spacious playground, plenty of shady spots, BBQ facilities, and lots of trees that make it perfect for a relaxing day out. Kids love the open space and activities, and it’s ideal for family gatherings or casual weekend outings. Highly recommended! Beautiful park with something for everyone! Highly recommended!

Fun! Water play wasn't on when we went there, just the little rock pools but we still had a great time. There is a beautiful huge tree with a large canopy and a deck below with seats where you can have lunch or dry off after swim. The play ground is geared to older kids, over 5 because of the height of some of the drops but there is also a little kids playground which is totally shaded by trees! The park is expansive and we barely scratched the surface so we'll be back for sure.

Great park for kids with multiple play areas. A large section in the middle of the park is currently under construction though, including the whole waterplay area, which was a shame to discover after travelling here, plus there's a fair amount of construction noise. Signs say it'll be closed until at least Dec 2025. Plenty still to do though including both playgrounds, a huge jumping pillow and a flying fox.
