Port Melbourne Dog Beach

Amazing little beach. Went on Saturday afternoon and it was busy but not crammed. Lots of families preferred the shaded nooks and crannies further away from the beach. Left plenty of beach for bathers and people with their dogs. Clean, tidy and no dog poo anywhere on the beach! The beach showers were handy but a few more would’ve been great.

If you are facing the water and you turn to your right and keep walking along the coastline until you can't walk any further, you can watch, up close, the container ships getting loaded up by the cranes. pretty cool
