This garden is free to visit. It's a nice quiet place to take a walk and sit around in the morning, afternoon or even evening. They have unique trees and statues of 13 laughing men. It is centrally located in the heart of the city, so you can stop by around anytime. Also, there are places around/nearby to eat and drink - cafes and bars, so a good location and vibe.
