Although tulips are gone, it is still very nice and peaceful with the view. There are many nice cafes and restaurants if you walk a bit.

When you get to a good vantage point you get a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. It's also a great place for picnics, a stroll, a jog, for kids to play in the various playgrounds and of course to see the tulips during tulip season. This is my child's favourite park in Istanbul that's not too massive in size, and nestled a little away from the madness of the city (disclaimer: weekends and public holidays are a different story).
