Only 6 Lev, great deal for a beautiful building and interesting exhibits. Artwork cross many decades, including some contemporary art (mainly on the top floor).

This is a fabulous city art gallery. They have collections of mostly Bulgarian paintings with just a few sculptures, although there are some works from outside Bulgaria as well. It is beautifully presented in a really nice facility. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting the city stop in at this gallery. It's very inexpensive and can keep you engaged for an hour or two.
