Cool and refreshing, we went there in early July to escape the city heat. There are public restrooms, equipped barbecue areas, tables, and benches. Good for a stroll. I think they could improve it a bit with some marked trails, something for kids, etc. Anyway, it was a beautiful day.

The Scorace forest has always been a popular destination for short hikes or long walks, immersed in nature and far from the chaos of the city. It's truly a shame that last year, much of it burned down, resulting in significant damage, and many areas are now bare of trees, with blackened trunks everywhere... I hope that those responsible will do something soon to restore this forest, planting new trees, improving the trail and picnic area, and, as with all Sicilian nature reserves, significantly

Sarò ripetitivo rispetto altre recensioni usando un superlativo per le bellezze di questo posto. Entri e sei subito immerso nel verde dove via via che segui il sentiero si trovano aree attrezzate per pic nic o per passare anche un'intera giornata all'area pura con tutta la famiglia bimbi compresi. È normale pensare ed esprimere l'opinione che qualche miglioria potrebbe e dovrebbe essere fatta ma, non dimentichiamo che il 98 % l'ha già fatto la natura.
