Gölet Park is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have ever visited with my family and friends. Spending time there was truly refreshing, surrounded by nature, colorful flowers, and the relaxing greenery all around. Great at any time pf the year, for young, teens, adults, families. Lovely walking trails, various playgrounds and probably around 100 restaurants, coffee shops etc. We come here a few times a week and always love it. Can get a bit congested at night occasionally (e.g. when selfish idiots park their car in the roundabouts, thus blocking all traffic), but mostly convenient and easy to park a car and go for a walk.

This one of the best parks in Istanbul on the west side. İt had a variety of options for sports, dining, picnicking it just plain walking. The area is very large with creeks and pond, and has many activities geared toward children. There are numerous eating establishments all around so dinner time is no problem here. Golet Park is located in Bahcesehir area. Free entry. A great escape for many families from the noise and crowded areas. They come with their chairs, food and spend a good time. Many fountains and a lake in the middle.
