Visited Amrakh Ji Mahadev recently. It’s a quiet and peaceful temple, surrounded by mountains from all sides, which gives it a very beautiful and natural ambience. The greenery, fresh air and silence make the whole area feel relaxing and refreshing.

The temple itself feels old and divine. The Shivling has a very calm presence, and the temple is believed to be spiritually powerful. many people visit to seek blessings for peace, health and family wellbeing.

This temple is over 1500 years old. Around 1500 years ago, there was a king named Raja Ambrish. The king left all the worldly pleasures and came to the place to worship Shiv Ji. Every day to worship the Shiv linga of the Mahadev, he used to go to the River Ganga to bring water which he would use in the Abhishek of the Shivlinga. Goddess Ganga was so impressed by his faith and devotion that one day she decided to come along with the king and from then on it is said that the water of the River Gan

I can't rate the temple, that's blasphemous, but I'm rating the maintenance of the temple premises. I don't know how old the temple is, but it's built in the style of medieval Indian Nagara temples. There is a pond full of cute turtles and fish, but it's quite dirty. Also, new construction has been done helter-skelter, which I find as a shame on our authorities, people and myself. We are failing to preserve even what we have, it's impossible to surpass that at least we could maintain it. This is
