This was our second stay at Windsor Oceanico Hotel, and once again it was truly exceptional — largely thanks to Isaac from the reception and the wonderful cleaning lady. What may be their everyday work, they do with so much heart, care and genuine kindness that our stay became a real experience, not just a hotel stay.
