The rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was as well but had an unpleasant odor. The staff were less than helpful with navigation, additional services and the like. I think it was a language issue.

The room was fine, nothing special, but I was really disappointed with the cleanliness. The cleaning staff didn’t come even once during my stay – no fresh towels, no emptying of the trash, and no replacement of toilet paper. This is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The restaurant was at the lowest possible level – the food selection was poor, and there were practically no options for vegetarians. In addition, some members of the staff (around two or three) behaved quite arrogantly

When you pay 600€ for 3 nights you’d expect more from a hotel: drawbacks: the access to the pools is difficult through a maze of corridors. There is only 1 lift per hotel and it’s always a long wait. The rooms and Apollo Hotel smell of dust, it triggered an allergic reaction for us. The parking is always full but you’ll find a spot with some creativity but again, not what you want from a “4 star hotel” Most staff don’t speak English, German or any other foreign languages.
