This place is really great and I think it was under 70 usd dollars. Included your free breakfast, I believe they also serve lunch and dinner but you have to pay a bit more. The breakfast was okay and didn't have a lot of food and lacked a lot of variety as well. It was a bit noisy at night but no fault to them we got a room that was closer to the street there are more rooms that are little bit further back. For the value, I think this place is really great. I would have to recommended someone to

If you are visiting Oaxaca as a tourist, please do not be stupid and reserve a room here. It is very far from the downtown, and photos of the rooms are deceiving. Villas are obviously built in 70s, and everything seems very old. If you are not used to 2* accommodation and prefer modern rooms you will not like this. And don't let me start on the access and exit roads: it is catastrophic; you have to exit the main road with fast traffic at steep decline, almost impossible to see where you go when
