Had a great couple nights in a king suite with a view. Price was great, staff were awesome. Very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very cozy. We had a blast walking around downtown and the inner harbour. So much to do from food to shopping, lots of cool places to see along the way.

Stayed at the Marriott Pinnacle for a two night family city break. Exceptional service, clean facilities, decent room size (though a little on the small size for a family of four), great gym and pool/hot tub/steam room/ sauna. Excellent location for exploring downtown Vancouver and accessing public transit. Would definitely stay again!

Its a bit small and the shower doesnt leave you to get gathered up to rinse off without trying to move the shower head away. Theres a tub but ... who's going to use a tub? The gym is accommodating and has plenty of room and equipment. Also, upon checking in, she was going to charge me for the stay stating it wasn't prepaid where I had to stop her and let her know, that no,

I recently stayed and had a very unpleasant experience regarding a simple food delivery. I ordered food through a delivery app, and when the driver arrived, the front desk refused to let them bring the order to my room — even though the front desk had already confirmed my details over the phone. Instead of notifying me properly, they kept my food at the desk for more than 30 minutes without delivering it. When I called again to ask about my order, a different employee gave me a completely diffe
