A wonderful environment, a beautiful garden, beautifully decorated and clean rooms, two pools, a kitchen, spacious rooms, and animals in the yard. The internet works well. An absolutely fantastic place to stay. We regret not staying longer. The city center is within walking distance, but there’s no need to drive to find something closer. Free parking is available in the yard.

We spent two nights at Valley Cliff Inn, and wished we had more time. The grounds of this property are magnificent with several walking paths and a shaded pool. There is a very large fully equipped kitchen, use of a refrigerator for those staying longer or who wish to prepare your own meals and a free washing machine. The rooms are very large and ours housed a recently remodeled bathroom which was spacious and modern. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and the owner and staff are avai

Calm oasis away from the noise and bustle of Nizwa (garden with trees/flowers and swimming pools: it's a wonderful setting!), yet very close to the sights (15 min walk/5 min drive to the Fort/Souq). Renovated very recently, the room and bathroom are huge and modern. However, it feels unfinished - e.g. no hand towel in bathrooom, no hook, leaks in shower. Suggest turning off the bubble in the swimming pool at night - noisy (and waste of energy). Very limited staff and reception not manned - we ha
