I had a reservation at Time Boutique Hotel in Split made through Booking.com. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected obligation, I had to cancel my stay. According to the booking conditions, the cancellation was non-refundable and the full amount should have been charged. However, the hotel staff showed exceptional understanding and kindness and allowed me to cancel free of charge. I truly appreciate their professionalism, flexibility, and human approach toward guests. This level of service speaks

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Time Split. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and stylish. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location made it easy to get around the city. Overall, a great experience — I would gladly stay here again!

Such a brilliant hotel. The pool and breakfast was included and staff were so helpful. They can sort out any transfers you need. Breakfast was delicious the rooms were so clean and I loved the balcony. We arrived 4 hours too early expecting to not be allowed to check in so early but everything was ready and we were allowed in. Honestly the best hotel in Split Croatia!!

I didn't stay at the hotel, my friend and I were visiting Split and used their wellness center. It is wonderful. Friendly staff directed us to the changing rooms. The facilities are very clean, and top notch. A mid size swimming pool, hot tub, two saunas, and one steam room. Large showers, and even a machine to dry your bathing suit in the changing rooms. I really enjoyed coming here, and will definitely go again.

Fantastic Hotel! Very clean, spacious room. Lovely balcony. Housekeeping was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and a great way to start a day of sightseeing. Indoor and outdoor seating which was perfect. The basement spa was the highlight! Heated pool, jacuzzi, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna. Nice way to relax each day. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the palace and port. Close to everything, but far enough away so that it is quiet. If I were to return to
