We always enjoy our time in Tombstone, but our stay at The Russ House was over the top! When we stepped through the outer gate and into the courtyard, we knew we had picked the right place. It felt quiet, peaceful, and secluded, even though we were only a few steps from the main streets. Walking through the entry door of our room, (# 3, the Master Suite), we were transported back in time to the late 1800s. The room was elegant and well appointed with furnishings you might have expected back then

We stayed one night in the master suite (room 3). This room was very nicely decorated and clean. The location of the hotel in general is very practical and we liked the self-entry system to enter our room. We experienced periodic banging sounds coming from the wall separating the main room from the bathroom, some of which were so loud that we woke up startled a few times during the night. The sounds were loud and sudden, which made it hard to sleep. The sounds from the wall should probably be ch
