We stayed at the Residence Zanzibar in December of 2025,we had a great time! amazing hotel, the food selection was really good, each night they had a different food theme and they tasted really good.The service was amazing and the staff were all lovely, friendly, smiley and they made us feel special. one of our special moments during our stay "us and our kids actually" is that we all had a blast riding the christmas golf buggy/cart from one place to the other, and Idison was amazing! he made the

All the staff are very friendly and happy to help. The bikes they give you to rides round the property elevates the experience and gives a happy feeling to getting around the property with all the greenery and flowers. The private pools for each villa really make it a worthwhile experience even with the massive infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Really amazing hotel. Beautiful villas. Staff is outstanding. Friendly and very service minded. Huge pool available for swimming and the pool at your villa is also surprisingly large. "Only" 4 stars in location as the beach is not great.
