Also, during low season it provides a huge value of you purchase the half board option. It can be as low as 140$ per room, 70$ per person with all you can eat breakfast and dinner included. However, the hotel lacks some essentials expected from this price and level. Most notably, hair conditioner in the room. There is no body lotion, coff

This is our second time to Ponta Delgada and the first time stays with The Lince Azores. Overall experience is OK and only ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ stars review because of the mattress in our room 522. Cons 1. The mattress is saggy (the left and right part) and gets up in the morning with a backache for 2 nights in a row. We could not sleep well and feel uncomfortable. We should complain to the reception after the first night, unfortunately we did not do it as we thought that it would be OK. We were wrong, and th

we upgraded to superior rooms. however the upgrade is not worth it. the rooms are nothing special. for the spa you need to pay 4 euros extra for a swimming cap which i never had to get in hundreds of hotels i was staying. this is an absolute hidden fee just so they can make some extra bucks. then the turkish spa is not working. a jet at jacuzzi neiter. so spa is not woth it. the gym is also below average. breakfast is okey. but the dinner buffet is horrible. i wouldnt suggest it. however will de
