This was my first stay in Ha'il and overall it was excellent, minus one big negative which I'll get to. Firstly, the location of these apartments is excellent as their were many cafes and shops just around the corner + their was a lot of free parking in front of and around the building. The customer service was good as they were quick and answered any questions I had. The room was extremely comfortable and overall very clean. The bed was amazing as well as quite large.
