Unreal view of the city! We stayed on the 17 floor the customer service was epic! Everyone is happy and helpful! Great vibes busy central located! Wicked pool and hot tub was accommodating to my kids made us feel special and welcome highly recommend

I stayed here in Nov 25. One of the best experiences ever, such a warm friendly welcome. The staff were all super polite and extremely helpful. The room was nice and big, very comfortable and luxurious. Location was also perfect. Cant wait to come back here.

This hotel was incredible! The valet staff were so pleasant and greeted us every time! Check in was a breeze as well! We had the one king room and it was everything we needed. One thing is that the TV was a bit rough, as it was not a smart TV, which is not a deal breaker though. The bathroom and shower were amazing, hot water every time! The best thing about the hotel was the location, we were able to step out and walk where ever we wanted within 10 min! I believe everyone who visits Vancouver s
