One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The staffs were all so very friendly. We were offered an upgrade to a junior suite with private balcony overlooking the canal and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for that trip. The interior design of the rooms were stunning. Located right in San Marco so everything was super close and easy to get to. Will be back soon.

The best location to explore Venice,a few minutes walk to both San Marco and the Rialto bridge.Staff were extremely helpful in organising transfers both before our visit and during. Our Deluxe Room was more spacious than expected and very comfortable with lots of small touches you would expect from a top hotel-a turn down service,complimentary water replenishment, separate wardrobe space to name a few. Would definitely recommend to others for future stays!
